Cách sơ chế thịt heo sạch, không hôi
- Để loại bỏ hoàn toàn mùi hôi của thịt heo, trước khi thực hiện món ăn hãy nhúng sơ miếng thịt qua nước sôi khoảng 2 phút, sau đó vớt ra xả lại với nước lạnh.
- Một mẹo vặt khác cũng khá hay đó là bạn có thể cho thêm một ít rượu trắng vào nước chần thịt heo. Rượu có khả năng khử sạch mùi hôi vô cùng hiệu quả.
- Sử dụng chanh, giấm, muối hoặc gừng chà xát lên thịt heo và để yên khoảng 5 - 10 phút sau đó rửa lại với nước.
